Dream it.

• First, we will meet on site to explore the project scope and ideas for design. This is an initial information collection meeting and will help to get a sense of what all you are looking to do and where our involvement will fit in with the process. This is a great chance to get to know each other and talk more about what the next steps may be.

• If construction will be involved, we will discuss any architect and/or contractor involvement and how that fits into your overall budget for design, materials and construction.

• Now is the perfect opportunity to show us your inspiration. Magazine pages or an online digital board of images can help to better define the scope of work and how that plays into the budget.

Design it.

• Once the project scope and budget estimate are finalized, the design process begins. You will be provided a space plan and visuals based on the type of space.

• For a more construction driven project such as a kitchen or bath, 2D floor plans and/or simple 3D mockups will be provided to aide in envisioning the layout.

• For interior furnishing, a 2D floor plan along with moodboard of proposed furniture, rugs, art, accessories, etc. will be presented.

• Revisions may be requested at this stage and we will work together to bring the design to completion ahead of any ordering or construction.

• After the design is finalized, purchasing begins.

Build it.

• If construction is involved, we will coordinate with your contractors to build a timeline and plan for installation.

• Any relevant construction documents and specifications will be provided for clarity throughout all trades involved.

• Oversight through construction will be included to ensure proper installation.

• Upon completion of any construction, professional installation will be coordinated for any furnishings and décor.
